SAIMOS ArcGIS Connector for Smart Map Single Site update plan for 12-months per server

An Update Plan entitles customer to receive and install software updates during the period covered by such an update plan
Update Plans can be purchased in course of a new product purchase within the first 12 month after license activation (within the initial update period of the license)
Update Plans can be purchased as part of a product upgrade.
Update Plans can be purchased as an extension for a previously purchased valid update plan.
An Update plan is only valid if it is gap-free from day of license activation.
Customized update plans and periods are subject to case by case negotiation with SAIMOS.
